Often, unique packaging comes our way that pose particularly exciting challenges. And we always love a good challenge! In the video below we walk you through a fun shrink sleeving project we recently completed for Juicy Waters, an innovative product from good2grow.     ### The Product Good2grow is known for its distinctive figurines molded in the image of popular characters sitting atop Juicy Waters, their nutritious kid-friendly drinks and juices. The “cool characters” by good2grow® include Hello Kitty, Elsa from Frozen, Spider-Man, Barbie, Batman - and 67 others. These bottles and their toppers are collectible, dishwasher-safe, and recyclable! ### The Shrink Sleeving Process The bottles are first labeled by PDC R Series Shrink labelers, which precisely apply the full body sleeve labels. Distortion-free shrinking is performed by multi-zone PDC KST Series Steam tunnels. Then the top characters are applied, with the figurine heads arriving in completely random order. Due to the precise positioning needed for the neck band, PDC customized its popular [F-160-TS Shrink Bander](http://www.pdc-corp.com/machines/r-series-shrink-labelers/) for the task. A shrink band is secured over the figurine heads in order to retain the figurine head in position and provide tamper evidence through the point of sale.
