Every few years, PDC International and PDC Europe meet to exchange ideas and best practices. This February, and what now seems like ages ago, we gathered at PDC Europe in Montdidier, France. Topics in the past have included sales and marketing strategies. This year, the topics of discussion were Engineering and Research and Development.

Six participants from PDC International made the trip to northern France. They included representatives from Management, Engineering, Production, Finance, and the PDC Shrink Lab. Meetings were held over two days, and included technical presentations from both teams, inspection of machine systems on the plant floor, as well as R&D projects and designs. PDC Shrink Lab technicians held additional meetings focused on best methods for analysis, recording keeping, and future innovations.
